A system using NX was coded and inputted into a CNC machine. A product was produced out of clear Acrylic plastic which can be seen below. For the different contours and groves a different method was used to establish which was the most effective method. In the report, the techniques used for each section were analysed. Videos of the methods used to manufacture the top and bottom parts of the product can be seen below.
